HAITI HEART OF A WOMAN
(HAITI COEUR DE FEMME)
REPLAY ON MAY 26th, 2012

On Saturday, 26 May 2012, at 6:30 pm, an elegant crowd was pressing to the Hotel Karibe’s entrance for cheering the gift offered by Les Productions Yole Dérose on Mother's Day Eve: the replay of the show "Haiti Heart of a Woman", dedicated this time to all Haitian Moms. The saying "Never two without three" was proven right, because  the success of this third representation made on demand, was spectacular, once again.

In the Hotel’s lush gardens, under a sky filled with bright and blinking stars, surrounded by an imposing Hevea tree, the simply and richly decorated stage dominated by a majestic Sun was close to the audience. This proximity helped increase the emotional night’s charge. Many modifications were made to the previous shows since the evening was dedicated to Haitian Mothers. The eleven Women-flowers sang with their guts, declaimed with fervor and danced merrily, demonstrating their mastery of the stage. Harmony was perfect with the musicians placed next to the podium.

That evening, we saw spectators unsuccessfully trying to hide emotion tears and some of them were even sobbing, for example, during the Interpretation of Yole and Ansy Dérose’s hit “Song for Haiti (Chanson pour Haiti)" by Women-Flowers Callas and Rose. Singer Emeline Michel, Special Guest at the top of her Art, accompanied by Japanese pianist Yayoi Ikawa, triggered cascades of emotions in the assistance who vibrated, sang and danced along with her.

Clarens Renois, surrounded by all the Artists, announced the end of the show and thanked everyone while a confetti rain flooded the scene. The public unsuccessfully asked for more, and offered a hot standing ovation to the Incredible Yole Dérose ,"The One who makes Miracle happen", to repeat the other Host’s words.
