Edited in December 2007, lasting 120 minutes.

This DVD results from a montage combining different representations of the show before live audiences at Tara's, at the Karibe Convention Center and at the Plaza of the Heroes of Independence in Port-au-Prince. The goal is to leave this work to future generations and make it available to all. It is the culmination of a costly task, consuming time, energy, patience, money, attention to details, ... It is also the fruit of immense sacrifices, in order to ensure the transfer of knowledge acquired over 30 years of researches and 4 years of hard and tenacious work from Yole Dérose Productions.

The play "Haiti, Land of Fire" was presented for the first time in Haiti in December 2003 at the occasion of the celebration of the Bicentennial of the Independence of the First Black Republic in the World. It reveals, in 9 scenic pictures, the last half-millennium of the volcanic history of Haiti since the Golden Age of the Red Forefathers until the birth of the Negro nation, carrying the hopes of the renaissance of the people, guardians of the Earth, masters of rhythm and as stubborn as the Sun.

In this representation, takes place the genius of great artists of the Contemporary Haitian Art: dancers, movie stars, supermodels, lyricists, united under the wand of Yole Dérose for the resurrection of the past, a past still vibrant ...
